Ocie Elliott Releases New Album 'Bungalow'; Australian Tour Dates January/February 2026
Today, acclaimed Canadian indie folk duo Ocie Elliott – Jon Middleton and Sierra Lundy – release their anticipated third full-length album, Bungalow. Recorded during a series of seaside retreats on Vancouver Island, the record captures the intimacy and expansiveness that have come to define the Victoria, B.C. pair's signature sound. Bungalow explores themes of love, loss, and renewal through a lens of warmth, reflection, and quiet joy. Listen to Bungalow here: https://ocieelliott.ffm.to/bungalow.

"The last year has been a big year of change, growth, and very intense experiences," Sierra shares. "We wanted to reconnect with the roots of our music – so we booked a little bungalow on the ocean, let go of all the pressure, and just made what came naturally."

Bungalow
marks a reset for Ocie Elliott, a return to simplicity that also expands their sonic landscape. Across eight tracks, the duo thread together folk, indie, and alternative textures, pairing shimmering acoustic guitar and tender piano with their trademark harmonies. From the serene opener "By The Way" to the uplifting "Feelin' Fine" to the nostalgic "Younger Days" and the deeply moving "Jobie's Song," the album unfolds like a quiet conversation"intimate, unguarded, and profoundly human.

"This band is still all about our harmonic connection and our voices singing together – which is what makes it special," says Jon. "From day one, it's felt that way, and it still feels that way now."

Since emerging in 2018, Ocie Elliott has quietly built a devoted global following. Their breakout single "Down By The Water" is certified Platinum in Canada, and the pair have amassed over one billion streams worldwide. They've sold out headline tours across North America and Europe, appeared at Newport Folk Festival, Bonnaroo, Pickathon, and Edmonton Folk Festival, and were personally invited by Zach Bryan to open at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. They recently wrapped a support run with Gregory Alan Isakov and are about to launch a headline tour across the UK and Europe. Their music has been featured in Grey's Anatomy, Sweet Magnolias, and other major TV series, and they were nominated for Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the 2022 JUNO Awards.
