Five of Australia's finest vocalists – John Paul Young, Russell Morris, Glenn Shorrock, Doug Parkinson and Jack Jones – will take to the stage in August for a very special series of concerts celebrating the music and genius of the greatest songwriting team of the modern era, John Lennon and Paul McCartney. LET IT BE: The Beatles Songs of Lennon and McCartney will feature two hours of much loved songs including Yesterday, Blackbird, Let It Be, Dear Prudence, Eleanor Rigby, Come Together, Hey Jude and many more.

LET IT BE: The Beatles Songs of Lennon & McCartney honours the musical and lyrical depth of this extraordinary musical collaboration. Thirty-two of their most popular songs will be performed by five of our most respected singers, backed by the 12 piece Day-Tripper Band.

Paying homage to the brilliance of Lennon & McCartney are five of Australia's most loved and respected male vocalist:

JOHN PAUL YOUNG - affectionately known as 'JPY', this music icon is known for hit songs such Pasadena, I Hate The Music, Yesterday's Hero, Standing In The Rain and the much loved Love Is In The Air.
GLENN SHORROCK - the UK native will always be known as the lead singer of The Little River Band and the songs that are synonymous with his voice - including Reminiscing, Cool Change, Home On Monday and more.
DOUG PARKINSON - In 1969 Doug released a version of The Beatles Dear Prudence that topped the charts and set Doug on his way to a stellar career in music and stage music arenas.
RUSSELL MORRIS - Russell is best known for his single The Real Thing. He was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2008. Since 2012 Russell Morris has released his Blues Trilogy albums which have been widely praised and ARIA nominated.
JACK JONES - Best known as the front man of Southern Sons, Jack's voice is heard on songs such at Heart In Danger, Hold Me In Your Arms and Always And Ever. He has toured and recorded as singer/guitarist with the likes of John Farnham, Glenn Shorrock, Tina Arena, Tommy Emmanuel, Dweezil Zappa, Ahmet Zappa, Kylie Minogue and countless others.
