What do you do when life abruptly turns you upside down, grabs your heart and squeezes it tight? When you need to find more love, strength and resilience than you ever thought you had?

Award winning Australian play Inside Out asks these questions when it premieres, as part of Mental Health Week 2010.

Awarded the prestigious Rodney Seaborn Playwriting Award in 2008, Inside Out tackles the impact of mental illness on families. It highlights the very real struggles of families caring for a loved one with a mental illness and carries a powerful message: When mental illness affects a family member, it affects us all.

The Victorian premiere season of Inside Out is presented by the Mental Illness Fellowship Victoria and Christine Dunstan Productions and is supported by the Victorian Department of Health and Commonwealth Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.
