In the lead up to the Easter school holiday period, Hilton Surfers Paradise has launched a national survey aimed at gaining feedback from children on their ideal holiday experience.
The survey researches a range of topics including preferred holiday destinations, special arrival features, room features, favoured meal selections, and what kids like to do for fun while on holidays.
Hilton Surfers Paradise general manager Chris Partridge says the survey is a genuine attempt for the hotel to find out what kids want, with view of tailoring the offering for youngsters at Hilton Surfers Paradise.
'From check-in, to the food, guest rooms, and even fun and games the survey is designed to look at a hotel's services and facilities from a kids perspective. Since opening in September 2011, the flagship leisure property of Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Australia has continued to lead the way in terms of innovation and sophistication and was officially acknowledge as one of the Top 10 Family Resorts in Australia in 2012*."
'We pride ourselves on our property's unique services and facilities such the award winning self-contained residences and celebrity Chef restaurant Salt grill; Australia's first Beach Valet service; the Best Kept Secrets ipad app; even our designer uniforms were created specifically to reflect the vibrancy and personality of the Gold Coast."
'In keeping with this theme, and taking into consideration the younger demographic who frequent the hotel along with their parents, I think it's essential for us to find out how we can further customise what we provide."
The 10 question survey is available online until 31st of May 2013 at www.research.net/s/WhatKidsWantHolidayHiltonSurfersParadise and is also accessible via the hotel's website and Facebook page.
