Dilmah's Real High Tea Challenge gives passionate foodies and bartenders the chance to really branch out creatively, reinventing the concept of high tea with refreshing and unique recipes and mixology.

Regional heats of the competition will take place at TAFE institutes in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. The top entry will be selected at each regional event before an overall winner is announced at the exclusive Dilmah Real High Tea Charitea event in Sydney on 12 September 2012.
