For the first time, The Euro will open on December 25. It's Alejandro's first Christmas in Australia, and his menu is a tribute to the traditional, with a flavoursome nod to his Argentinian birthplace and international teachings. It stars fresh, inspired dishes - pork belly with smoked chilli, green shallot and herb salad as entree, individual or mains to share such as 18 Hour Gippsland lamb shoulder, with lemon and fennel glaze; or Grass-fed Beef tenderloin with multigrain, mushroom and café de Paris butter, among others. And dessert is stunning with of course Australia's favourite Pavlova making an appearance.
