Question: What are you most looking forward to about visiting Australia?
Cascada: I'm visiting Australia for the first time! I'm very excited and at the moment, I'm most looking forward to performing in front of an Australian audience.
Question: Who are you most looking forward to performing alongside on the Wild Nights Tour?
Cascada: Everyone! I haven't really performed with anyone yet, so it'll be nice to meet everyone and share the stage with so many cool artists.
Question: Can you tell us about the Cascada - Best of: Australian Tour Edition CD?
Cascada: Well, I think it's the perfect compilation of old and new, fab remixes and a nice souvenir of your visit to the gig. A great CD for Cascada fans.
Question: What's a typical day like for you, when you're not on tour?
Cascada: Being a full time mum when I'm home, my day is like everyone else's! I get up early and get my daughter ready, we have breakfast and I normally take her into town or visit friends. I don't like to hang out at home a lot, so I'm always dashing here and there visiting people or going somewhere. I love going out as well, so I try and meet friends for a night out or just a meal here and there as often as possible.
Question: Which is your favourite song to perform live and why?
Cascada: I can't put it down to one track, but certainly Everytime We Touch is a favourite, as the reactions are always mad.
Question: Do you prefer performing live or recording?
Cascada: Definitely performing live! There's nothing like the audience and the atmosphere they create - you can't beat it.
Question: Which music/artists are you currently listening to?
Cascada: I've just downloaded Jessie J's new music and I'm enjoying it a lot, she's an amazing singer.
Question: What or who was your inspiration to go into the music industry?
Cascada: My Dad was always someone who inspired me to think I could do it - and I look up to him an awful lot. Singers like Mariah Carey and Whitney Housten made me want to be a singer, though. I spent my entire childhood listening to their music and trying to sing like them.
Question: If you could collaborate with another artist, who would it be?
Cascada: I'd love to work with James Arthur, I find him exceptional.
