The Brisbane Water Oyster Festival showcased the variety of oysters from the Brisbane Water Oyster Famers, Broken Bay Oyster Famers and the famous Pacifics from the Hawkesbury River Farmers. The festival is a fun filled day for all the family with entertainment and stalls including arts & crafts and food & wine. Watch the 10th anniversary Celebrity Oyster Eating Competition and Campbell;s Building Materials Woodchopping Spectacular. All proceeds on the day go to Gosford Hospital fundraiser with the aim to buy a Colposcope machine.
