Rounding off the 2010 season of the Palace Opera & Ballet comes two of the finest productions from both ends of the globe. In what promises to be the Christmas treat of the season, Opera Australia presents Rigoletto filmed at the Sydney Opera house, while Zurich Opera brings Beethoven's Fidelio onto the silver screen.

In one of Opera Australia's most loved operas, Elijah Moshinsky's production of Giuseppe Verdi's Rigoletto, tells the story of deception, fidelity and family, inspired by Federico Fellini's La Dolce Vita.
