The Opperman Gran Fondo Regional Rivalry Challenge has been launched to support the events' official charity, Cancer Council Tasmania (CCT), and is set to ignite the healthy rivalry that sports generate.

Rivalries have existed for decades, particularly in sport where it is a known fact that people love to follow their favourite teams and cheer for a championship!

Entries are open for all cycling abilities, with participants encouraged to embrace Launceston's welcoming hospitality and get behind their region in support of Cancer Council Tasmania.
