Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas has set a world record as the first-ever cruise ship to carry more than 6,000 guests. While the ship had come very close on earlier sailings, she reached the impressive milestone on her 16th voyage.

Oasis of the Seas has seven night cruises in the Eastern and Western Caribbean sailing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida with interior cabins from $1,189 per person, oceanview from $1,299 and Central Park balcony from $1,409.

Prices are based on twin occupancy and include all taxes fees and onboard gratuities.
