1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Moroccan Seasoning
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric powder
800g lamb loin chops
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 tablespoon pistachios
Tomato, pistachio and chickpea salad, to serve
Mix the Moroccan Seasoning with the honey, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and salt then brush on
to the loin chops. Grill in a pan on each side until fragrant and golden.
Toast the pistachios, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and pine nuts in a dry frying pan for 3 minutes, making sure you keep them stirred, and then either crush with a pestle and mortar, or serve sprinkled over the chops.
Serve with a tomato, pistachio and chickpea salad. Fresh lime juice
