Medibank,  with the support of Cadel Evans and fitness gurus, Base Body Babes, is  inviting Australians to help set the Guinness World Record for the  largest spin class on Thursday 25 June in Sydney.
The spin class  will take place in the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay and  people of all fitness levels are welcome to join in and take the first  step to better health.
Medibank Ambassador, Cadel Evans, will be  introducing the event live from Europe.  He said:  'I may have given up  professional cycling, but living a healthy lifestyle is still extremely  important to me. I want to encourage others to do the same and take the  first step to better health.
'This World Record attempt is not  only going to give people of any fitness level a fun activity to take  part in, it's also going to be an experience they will remember for  years to come as we are set to make fitness history."
Health  gurus, Base Body Babes, will host the actual class and say they will  make it memorable for everyone: 'Exercising doesn't need to be dull!  We  will be making this class as enjoyable for the most experienced spinner  through to those that haven't been on a bike for years.  It's all about  having fun and giving it a go."
The spin class will take place  on Thursday 25 June 2015 at the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular  Quay. Attendance to the class is free but places are limited, so  pre-register to secure a place at www.medibank.com.au/spin-class.
The  event will also be live streamed across the world via Medibank's  YouTube channel and everyone across Australia is encourage to register  to ride online from their home, work or local gym and join in to make  Guinness World Record history so everyone can join in from home.
