At-home snacking is getting a Korean twist with the launch of bibigo Mini Pop Mandu, a new bite-sized addition to bibigo's popular Mandu range, made for relaxed nights in, after-school snacks and easy entertaining.
Inspired by Korea's much‑loved dumplings, or mandu, as it's called in Korea - Mini Pop Mandu delivers crispy texture and savoury flavour in a smaller, poppable format. Made with Australian chicken and beef, the range offers a convenient way to enjoy mandu straight from the freezer as a snack, shared plate or side dish.
Available in two flavours, Chicken 280g (RRP $8.90), and Bulgogi Beef 280g (RRP $8.90), bibigo Mini Pop Mandu can be pan fried, air fried or steamed from frozen, making it an easy option for busy households and casual get-togethers.
