The 2017 Fitness Show, formerly the Fitness & Health Expo, is bigger than ever before and this year will feature specific zones to help guide you on your journey:

There is no time like the present to get started which is exactly what you can do at the Fitness Show– you can trial products, try on clothing and accessories, trial different classes, train with fitness icons, compete in events and listen to industry experts.

 

Here are some of the features at the Sydney Fitness Show that will help find direction and get you well on your way: 

Celebrity & expert appearances – featuring group training sessions, open workouts and Q&As with some of the biggest names in fitness and sport including Commando Steve, Deep Heat Ambassador Tim Robards, Australian Institute of Fitness Ambassador Michelle Bridges, Lola Berry, Hattie Boydle and Lauren Simpson. 

Muscle Beach – new to 2017, witness the most aesthetic physiques in the world today running open workouts in a Venice Beach-style fully equipped gym. The best international names in bodybuilding will be there including Kai Greene, Jon -Bones' Jones, Shaun -Flexatron' Rhoden, Jeff Seid, Zac Smith, Calum Von Moger, Simeon Panda and the greatest Asian bodybuilder of all time, Hideteda -Hide' Yamagishi. 

Australian Institute of Fitness Active Stage –  join in on a great range of fun workouts that will leave your energy levels soaring including a Hip Hop Yoga class with Lola Berry, Kettlebell AMPD and the latest Les Mills classes 

Healthy Living Stage – learn how to make nutritious and easy to prepare meals, smoothies and healthy treats plus get tips on topics relating to mind, body and living a healthy lifestyle. 

The Arena - step outside your comfort zone and test your skills in a bootcamp with Commando Steve, or perhaps take it to the next level by entering the Men's Fitness 2017 Fit Bloke Challenge.  If you'd prefer to watch from the sidelines, the N.S.W. Teams Cup will feature some of Australia's fittest CrossFit athletes compete head to head in teams of three.       

Natural bodybuilding and Sports Modelling competitions - run by iCompete Natural featuring categories including Fitness Model, Bikini Model, Novice, Open, Masters, Mr Physique and Swimwear. 

Powerlifting championships and the Pacific Invitational - featuring the strongest men and women in the world tackling all-time records.

The show will also host OUTRUN CANCER, a continuous 24hr running Guinness World Record attempt, partnering with Technogym and Camp Quality to raise funds for families affected by cancer.
