However the survey did show that men are becoming increasingly self-conscious about their body image as two out of five guys are concerned about their body size.

Lucy wrote this as she wanted to sort herself out, the book began as her diary which had, in perfect detail, everything she had eaten and done that day and the next. When to say I love you

Friday, October 10. 2008 Read more »

When you fall in love with some when is it the right time to tell them those three magic words? I love you. It's hard to say when the right time is; you really can't base it on an exact science. I think the most important factor to consider when preparing to say it to a partner is whether you do in fact love them; go over this in your head and if the answer is yes then chances are you're ready to say it. Don't just say it, do it. Love is not just a feeling; it's an action. Saying it without showing it is, in a way, a lie. Express your love in action as well as in words.

Leading Australian obesity experts have called on Cricket Australia to end its sponsorship arrangements with KFC saying its strong promotional support for a fast food giant is unhelpful and irresponsible during a childhood obesity epidemic.

Honore explains that you can help your children grow up happily and successfully without pushing them too hard. Overparenting can be talking for your kids, solving their problems or doing their work when they can confidently and correctly do it themself. Are you the parent screaming at the football field?
